How can I use a guest pass for a service?Updated 5 days ago

If you have been gifted a guest pass and it is currently active on your account, you can book in  the corresponding service for yourself. If you are the member gifting, we can support with collecting your guest's details to transfer over the guest pass for their use. New guests can book their guest pass in online: https://formulafig.com/pages/appointments. Members gifting can email us with their guests first name, last name, email and phone number. We'll create an account for them and transfer over the pass.
