Gratuities are not required or expected at Formula Fig.

However, we are excited to introduce our Experience Appreciation program, which allows you to show your gratitude for exceptional service if you would like to do so.

You can participate in the program by scanning a discreet QR code in the privacy of your pod. The chosen dollar amount will be directly sent to your selected team member via a third-party app.

Please note that we are not able to accept gratuities on medical experiences, such as injectables.

It's important to note that the Experience Appreciation program is not intended to supplement our compensation program at Formula Fig. The monies collected will go directly to the team and will not be handled by Formula Fig.
