How can I book an appointment?

To book an appointment, you have three options: use the BOOK NOW feature on our website, email our Guest Concierge Team, or call us at +1 888 848 1970.

What is the cancellation policy?

We require a 4-hour cancellation or appointment adjustment notice on facial treatments and a 24 hour cancellation notice on injectable appointments. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please call our Guest Concierge team at +1-888-

We understand that unexpected situations may arise and we want you to know that we will do everything we can to help. If there is availability, we will try to fit you in without disrupting other appointments. We can also prioritize your appointment f

Do you take walk-ins?

Absolutely. You’re welcome to drop into your local Fig Bar anytime. However, at busier times such as weekends we do recommend booking an appointment to ensure we save you a pod.

What time do you open?

Skincare should work around your schedule. All Fig Bar locations are open daily from 8am - 8pm. Book your next treatment, here.

How far in advance should I book?

It’s a great idea to book ahead, as we often get busy and we want to accommodate your desired time slot. We allow booking ahead for up to three months in advance. You can book online, here.

How long will my appointment take?

Can I book more than one treatment during a single visit?

Absolutely! Call our Guest Concierge Team on +1 888 848 1970 and we’ll find a time to fit you all in. For each new guest, we require the following information to create a Fig profile and secure booking: first name, last name, email, and cell.

I received a gift card for a specific facial. Can I apply the value to a different treatment instead?

Yes. All Fig gift cards represent a monetary value and can be used towards Treatments or Products, in-Fig Bar, and online. To use your physical or digital gift card in-Fig Bar, please make sure you bring it with you when you visit us. To use your phy

What forms of payments do you take?

To enjoy a seamless credit card experience, you can add your credit card to your account. Rest assured that you won't be charged until after your treatment or purchase. We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and Apple Pay.

When does my credit card get charged?

You will not be charged until after you have received your treatment.

Why do you require a credit card at the time of booking?

We require your credit card information to hold your appointment. Your card will not be charged until after your appointment. You may still pay with a gift card or another method after your treatment at the Fig Bar. If you wish to do so, please let u

What is Experience Appreciation?

Gratuities are not required or expected at Formula Fig. However, we are excited to introduce our Experience Appreciation program, which allows you to show your gratitude for exceptional service if you would like to do so.

Are children allowed in the Fig Bar?

We like children, we have children, but due to Fig being a medical establishment we cannot accommodate small children in the Fig Bar during treatments. Thank you for your understanding.

Do you have a referral program?

Yes, we want you to share your skin confidence with a friend! All you need to do is ask your friend to tell us that you referred them, either when they book or when they arrive at the Fig Bar for treatment. You will both receive $10 off your treatmen

Can we host an event in a Fig Bar?

Yes, we would love to host your event. Please email our Guest Concierge Team and they will direct you to the appropriate person.

Do you have parking at your Kitsilano Fig Bar?

We do not have dedicated parking for Formula Fig guests, but street parking is available on West 4th and surrounding streets.

Do you have parking at your Mount Pleasant Fig Bar?

We do not have dedicated parking for Formula Fig guests, but street parking is available on Main Street or surrounding streets.

How can I reschedule my appointment?

If you need to reschedule your appointment, you can do so on our booking portal by logging in to your account. Our booking portal makes managing your appointments easy. You can view upcoming appointments, reschedule when needed, or cancel directly -
